If you are of a certain age, you know about Sloppy Joes.
If you are not of this certain age, then it’s time to bring Sloppy Joes into your vernacular.
A Sloppy Joe is simply a very sloppy hamburger that can’t possibly be eaten without a knife and fork …and a bib.
A very quick and easy dinner that seems to please everyone.
The typical way to serve Sloppy Joes is over a burger bun, or in a hollowed out hoagie roll.
Also delicious is serving this over rice or quinoa, or over a baked or mashed potato.
